The rest of the story

19 Aug

Well besides the broken arm we had a great weekend. Which by the way yesterday went so well. I had a night and day Jason from Sunday. He was great, and he didn’t even take the soft cast off once. We are still learning how to do stuff like take his shirt off and put him in seat belts, but it is going well.

I started off the weekend by taking the kids mini-golfing. Jason LOVES mini-golfing and with our year round passes it is great to take him.

Then it was off to Holly’s for dinner, Olympics, and mario kart. We always have a good time with the family. What cute boys

Saturday morning was filled with water fun! We got there at opening. Look how empty it is. If you want to go on tons of rides now is the time!!

She is crazy in the water!!

Next it was off to Will’s work party. The had the usual kid games, treats, great dinner, entertainment, drawings. We had a blast until the whole arm thing. I am already looking forward to next year!

Suzanne had a ton of ribs from her work party, so it was a shin dig at our place. I was suprised, but it really helped Jason’s spirits. As soon as people showed up he was so happy. It was great! I loved having everyone here. I was making rolls and brownies all day. It was worth it though.

I am glad that Jason is getting better with the arm sling. He is always a pretty easy little boy. Hang in there, Kristin and Will. Hooray for Sierra’s kitty crawl in the water. It didn’t look like she minded the water much.

It’s always good when relatives come over. Even better with ribs, rolls and “BROWNIES”. Glad to hear Jason is adjusting well. Sierra is so cute in the water.
