Disneyland Pictures

20 Oct

Update on Will his voice is almost back. The doc told him that he had laryngitis and a sinus infection. He has meds now and is sounding a ton better.

Now on to Disneyland…

As we were starting to drive to CA Jason was fussy for a min. Mickie then turned to Jason and asked Jason the same question my dad used to ask us as kids. “Is this going to be a good trip or a bad trip?” Jason quickly replied grumpily,  “A Bad trip!” What do you do when the kid says that at the beginning of a trip. Haha. It was a good trip don’t worry!

We were able to stay at Will’s aunt’s house. It was great that we were able to stay there. She only lived 15 min from Disney. It was perfect and she was great to visit. We were even able to head to her house to watch the BYU game and give the kids naps.

We used the kid fast pass for sure. The kids loved playing while they were waiting for us to finish the rides.

There were only a few times that we were standing in line and Jason said that he had to go pee. Haha. And he is over the whole peeing in a public restroom. He had to be. There was no way that we were going to go through the whole day with out having him go. Plus it helps that Disney’s restrooms are so clean. They do a great job at keeping things clean there.

They love to give each other Eskimo kisses.

As we stood in line for Buzz light year…

Yeah don’t look at the pathetic score! Do you see the top of Sierra’s head? Maybe I can get the one of Jason in there too…

Waiting in line of Finding Nemo…

And you have to have a picture in front of the castle…

The kids for the most part enjoyed Disneyland. One of the first rides that we took Jason on was the Matterhorn. It was pretty funny. He was scared with the Yettie roaring at us, but he did pretty well. At the end of the ride I asked if he had fun and he responded by saying “Yeah it is fun.” “Do you want to go again?” “NO!” Haha. I was sure that he would not want to do any of the other rides after that, but sure enough he went on everything that he could.

His favorite rides were autotopia, Winnie the pooh, and a circus one.

Oh and he is afraid of Mickey Mouse. We say him far away and he loved seeing him. We went to Mickey mouse’s house to meet Mickey and he was just so excited. He was pulling me through the whole hose just so excited. Once we made it into the room the huge Mickey made him so nervous. It was funny. Once we left he was excited that he saw mickey, but when he was there yeah he didn’t like it so much…

We should have guessed what his reaction was going to be when we meet Chip and Dale. He was so stoic when he saw them. They walked by and that was it. 2 mins later an employee wanted to give Jason a sticker. On it sure enough was chip and dale. He got so excited! “Look, chip and dale!” What is that?

Once I remember more stories I will tell you tomorrow…

Looked fun. Mickey scares me too. I never saw a mouse stand upright before. What kind of mouse trap would you need for that guy?

Good times! Thanks sis for all the work you put into the trip… I think it turned out great! You didn’t even tell the story about the Toy Story line… or is Cal adventures tomorrows post? (hey you even got a picture of the chick that was annoyed with us at Finding Nemo…)

Jason loved Autotopia at Disneyworld too, that kid loves to drive.

Glad you all had fun and that everyone is home safe and sound.

And no one got a ticket…;)

Looks like a great trip. Love your face in the Buzz Lightyear thing. Almost as good as your face when you’re playing the Wii. 🙂

Glad overall you guys had a good time. It is quite exhausting with two lil ones, experienced that myself this summer. I can’t believe you guys got Jason to go on the Matterhorn!! Madeline wouldn’t dare go on that or Splash mountain, she was terrified just looking at them. We did however go on Winnie the Pooh 3 times.
